Sked Social Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Sked Social Affiliate Program! This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for your participation as a Sked Social affiliate. By signing up, you agree to adhere to these terms. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

Enrollment in the Program

You can join our BookingPress Affiliate Program easily from the Sked Social Affiliate Program page. You need to submit a completed application through our Website. Once you finish signing up, you can access your affiliate Dashboard.

We reserve the right to reject any application if your website is not suitable for the program. Unsuitable sites may include, but are not limited to those that:

  • Promote unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
  • Facilitate illegal activities
  • Violate Intellectual Property Rights
  • Are primarily focused on promoting business opportunities

Utilizing Affiliate Links

As an affiliate, you agree to not do the following:

  • Self-referrals (sorry, you can’t refer yourself—even from another email).
  • Participating in multiple referral programs at Sked. You can only participate in one program at a time.
  • Bidding on branded keywords such as “Sked,” “Sked Social,” “Sked Link,” or “Schedugram.”
    Claiming to be a Sked Social employee, partner, or official representative.
  • engage in spam or any misleading promotions. Any form of unsolicited bulk email campaigns linked to your affiliate account will lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Commission & Payouts

Commission:

  • You’ll earn 25% every payment your referred customer makes for 12 months after they sign up—whether it’s monthly or annual.
  • Cookie Period: We offer a 120-day cookie period, so you’ll get paid if your referral comes back and makes a purchase within that time.
  • Commission rates are subject to change at our discretion. You will be notified via email regarding any changes that will take effect after 30 days from the date of the notice.

Payouts:

  • Payouts are made via PayPal once your earnings reach a minimum of $100 USD.
  • A valid PayPal account is required to receive your commissions. We do not support any other payment platforms at this time.
  • If your balance is low, the payment will roll over to the next month.

What Counts as a Valid Referral?

  • A valid referral is a new Sked Social customer who:
    • Signs up using your unique referral link
    • Completes their first successful payment.
  • Referrals must be new customers. Existing or returning customers are not eligible.
  • Commissions will not be paid for purchases made by you, your immediate family members, or anyone within your organization. Sked Social reserves the right to withhold commissions for sales that do not comply with our Terms of Service or are determined to be fraudulent.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

Affiliates are permitted to use PPC advertising to promote Sked Social. However, you may not bid on keywords or phrases that include our brand name (Sked,” “Sked Social,” “Sked Link,” or “Schedugram.”), variations, abbreviations, or misspellings.

‍Tracking & Attribution

  • Commissions are only tracked when someone uses your referral link
  • Make sure your referral uses the link or code during signup—no backdating or manual overrides.

Commission Duration

You’ll earn commission for 12 months after a referral signs up, regardless of their billing cycle.
If a user cancels, commission stops when their payments do.

Term and Termination

This agreement will begin upon your acceptance into the program and will continue until terminated by either party. Sked Social reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice via email.

If terminated for cause (e.g., violation of these terms), any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

Modification

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to terminate your participation in the program. Continued participation will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability

Sked Social will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or profits) arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.

  • To comply with legal requirements (like FTC guidelines), you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission when promoting your link.
    • Example: “I earn a commission if you sign up using this link—at no extra cost to you.”
