Social listening is monitoring and analysing your brands social media channels to understand the sentiment and what people are saying about your brand, product, industry or topic. Social listening isn't simply tracking mentions or hashtags; it helps you gain a deeper insight into customer sentiment, trends, emerging issues, your audience and competitors.
Social listening will support Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Threads. The support may vary across the brand sentiment, audience and competitor sections of social listening with social platforms making different data available.
Sked's social listening feature will begin rolling out early 2025. We will continue to develop social listening, adding more features over time after the initial launch based on customer feedback.
All Sked plans will have some access to social listening features, with the depth of detail and capability varying across each plan.
Unlike competitors, Sked is aiming to give all plans some social listening functionality – listening isn't only for huge enterprises.
Some legacy plans or grandfathered customers may have limited Social Listening features, with details to be communicated to you in early 2025 at launch.
