Click on a conversation in Sked Inbox, then click on the Assign conversation icon on the top right of the conversation window, and select a team member from the dropdown list.
To leave team comments in Sked Inbox, toggle the Internal comment option in the Reply box. To tag a team member, type @ to select from the internal user list.

Creating a social media approvals workflow in Sked is simple. First, ensure Approvals is enabled in Settings (contact Support if it isn't). Once enabled, you'll see a set of default approval statuses that you can customize. Edit labels to reflect your process, and add or remove statuses to match your approval stages.
