Social listening isn't simply tracking mentions or hashtags; it helps you gain a deeper insight into customer sentiment, trends, emerging issues, your audience and competitors.
All Sked plans will have some access to social listening features, with the depth of detail and capability varying across each plan.
Unlike competitors, Sked is aiming to give all plans some social listening functionality—listening isn't only for huge enterprises.
Some legacy plans or grandfathered customers may have limited Social Listening features, with details to be communicated to you in early 2025 at launch.
