Sked Inbox currently supports the following types of social interactions and messages:
Click on a conversation in Sked Inbox, then click on the Assign conversation icon on the top right of the conversation window, and select a team member from the dropdown list.
To leave team comments in Sked Inbox, toggle the Internal comment option in the Reply box. To tag a team member, type @ to select from the internal user list.
