How often does Notion sync?

What comes across with each Notion page?
The page's title, content, tags (as Sked labels), status, date and author, plus a link back to the page in Notion. Media on the page flows into Sked's library.
Which databases does Sked read?
Only the databases you select when connecting. The rest of your workspace stays private, and Sked never writes back to Notion.
Will re-syncing duplicate pages as ideas?
