Ruby Haines knows what actually earns attention online, and it's rarely the most overcomplicated idea. As a Marketing and Creative Lead, she backs instinct with data, believes engagement matters far more than empty views, and isn't afraid to call out the influencer partnerships that feel forced from a mile away. In this edition of our Q&A series, Ruby shares why micro UGC continues to outperform, the simple workflow that keeps her organised, and why the best content starts by thinking like the customer, not the marketer.
