The Hardest Ever Social Media Challenge Terms & Conditions

  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Sked Social and all brand-owned social media channels. The "Prize" refers to one All-Access ticket to Social Media Marketing World (travel and accommodation not included - if you’re unable to attend the event in person, you’ll get a recording of all of the sessions and workshops)(valued at $1,997USD) and one full free year (365 days) of Sked Social Essentials (valued at $750USD). After the first year, Sked Social's then-current Essentials plan price will apply. This offer cannot be redeemed with your existing paid subscription. “Entrant” is defined as the single individual and/or brand being represented by their submitted response. 
  2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
  3. The competition will commence at 12:00pm on August 1, 2023 EST. Entries close 12:00pm EST on August 31, 2023 (the Promotion Period).
  4. By entering the giveaway you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All submissions must have been created and/or owned by the individual and/or brand.
  5. By making a submission, you are providing consent to the Promoter to use your submission in their marketing materials this includes using the entrant's name, social media username, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (incl. photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  6. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, allows the Promoter to use this information, in any media for the purpose for public announcements IF they are a winner, without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.   7. By making a submission, you agree to receive a ‘thank you’ email and will be given the option to opt-in to any further marketing communications.   8. Submissions containing offensive content will be immediately deleted and discounted from the competition. Offensive content includes, but is not limited to, content that is sexist, racist, homophobic, or contains offensive language.
  9. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
  10. Entrants can submit one entry.
  11. Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  12. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
  13. Each entrant shall enter the competition via the entry page ( and submitting: their email and their Invisible Brand post.
  14. Entries will be judged based on creative merit, degree of success meeting the requirements for the post and engagement the post receives.
  15. One (1) prize winner in total will be chosen. Winner will be announced via Instagram stories by September 1, 2023 at 12:00pm AEST. 
  16. The judging will be conducted at 861/585 Little Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3004, Australia by 5:00pm EST on August 31, 2023 and the winner will be notified by email on or after this date. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
  17. Voting for one ‘best entry’ (1) will be conducted by The Sked Social team. 
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
  19. The Promoter will endeavor to give fair and equal promotion through their various communications channels to each submission, but cannot guarantee that every submission will receive the same benefits of that channel promotion.
  20. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  21. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotional database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
  22. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
  23. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  24. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
  25. The name, and email address of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.​
  26. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  27. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
  28. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.
  29. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  30. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.

  32. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
