To schedule Instagram posts with Sked Social, simply follow these steps:
To schedule Instagram Reels, follow the same process for a regular Instagram post, but select a video instead of an image. Reel videos should be in 9:16 aspect ratio (or 1080 × 1920 pixels), be between 5 and 90 seconds in length, and in .MOV or .MP4 format.
To schedule Instagram Stories, follow the same process for a regular Instagram post. Toggle on “Switch to Instagram Story or Notification Post” and select “Story” from the “Type” options. Add a link sticker to your Story (if you wish) by entering a URL, link sticker label and the placement in the Story where your link sticker will appear.
