Rich Henson is part of the brains trust at Sked Social, working across Customer Success, Product, and UX to make sure the platform doesn’t just work but actually makes your life easier. He’s the guy building sneaky little tools, dissecting call recordings, and turning feedback into features. Basically, if you’ve ever thought “wow, Sked just gets it,” there’s a good chance Rich had something to do with it.

1. What would your MySpace song be in 2025?
Fox Stevenson - Like that.

2. Instagram or TikTok? Defend your answer.
IG, because I prefer to see the memes a week after they were popular on TT.

3. What's in your camera roll way too much?
Cats, so many cats. Have you seen my cats?

4. A tool, app, or sneaky little shortcut you swear by?
How long have you got? There's so many tiny little tools I run or build to make life easier. Fathom.video is my #1, you can pry that from my cold dead hands. The call recordings and analysis feed into many touchpoints and feedback repositories for later, it's changed how I approached calls as a CSM and analyse calls as a Product/UX guy.

5. Most underrated social media skill?
Trendspotting and risk taking. Everyone wants to go lowkey viral, but very few people want to take creative risks. There's a skill in identifying, remixing and repurposing in relevant ways that resonate with your audience. I think it's something you can learn, but some people just get it.

6. If you could ban one trend forever, what would it be?
Brainrot double video videos.

7. Who are 3 brands/creators you’re vibing with right now?

Belzona Global. Not so much because of the content, but because it's become a community meme and hilarious. Make sure you prepare the surface to sp11 cleanlinessCutting Edge Engineering. I could watch their long form videos all day on building and welding stuff. Any F1 meme pages. Always down for the lolz.

8. Go-to comfort food after a chaotic day?
Burgers from my local Back Street BBQ, unbeatable.

9. Best DM you’ve ever received (or sent)?
Sliding into my partners IG DM's 7 years ago obvs. Must have had the charm on.

10. What’s your biggest ick on LinkedIn right now?
LinkedIn is just LinkedIn, if you don't want the ick from "here's what it taught me about B2B SaaS" cringe posting then maybe it isn't for you. You need to lean into the cringe.
