To schedule posts using Sked’s social media scheduler, simply follow these steps:
Our visual calendar gives you a monthly, weekly and daily view of your scheduled posts. That way, you’ll know exactly what goes out when. You can drag and drop posts on the calendar to reschedule the posting time. In addition, our visual Instagram planner lets you preview how your upcoming Instagram content fits in your grid. You can easily rearrange your scheduled posts to achieve an aesthetically pleasing grid.
In your Sked dashboard, go to the sidebar and select "Upcoming" to view scheduled posts. Choose "Preview" on any post to see how it will appear when posted. Additionally for Instagram posts, you’ll be able to preview its placement in your grid.
It’s easy to schedule posts for multiple channels at the same time. When scheduling content, simply select the accounts you want to schedule to, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and more. In the scheduler, you can customize your captions for each account if you wish. Then, simply select the date and time you’d like your post to auto-publish.
There is no limit to the amount of content you can schedule with Sked. You can create and schedule as many posts as you like.

To schedule posts for auto-publishing in Sked, start by creating your post using the "Create Post" button in the sidebar. Select the social media accounts you want to publish to, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. Next, upload your media—images or videos—and write your caption. If you need to customize the content for different platforms, toggle the "Customize" option to make edits specific to each channel. Finally, choose the date and time for your post to go live and click "Save." Sked will take care of publishing your content at the scheduled time.
If you prefer to publish posts manually, Sked makes it easy. When creating your post, toggle on the manual publishing option and include any specific instructions or notes in the 'Notes for manual publishing' section. At the scheduled time, Sked will send a push notification to your mobile device via the Sked app, providing all the assets and instructions needed to publish directly in-platform. Make sure you have the Sked Social mobile app installed and push notifications enabled to use this feature seamlessly.
Sked helps you identify the best times to post by analyzing your audience's activity over the past two to three weeks. It highlights the optimal posting times, marked as the "#1 best time," directly in the scheduling interface.
